What should I bring to my first visit?

We make the admission process super easy. Just bring yourself, a photo ID, and your insurance card if you have one.

What are sessions like?

Sessions take place in a confidential, non-judgmental setting in which you can sit comfortably and share your goals openly. In each session, steps toward your individual goals will be identified and pursued.

What if I don't have insurance?

We have sliding fee scale options if you need to pay out-of-pocket.

How long is the program?

This is not a program. Session times and lengths of service are totally dependent upon the needs of you and your support network.

I have extensive experience working with people of various backgrounds, ethnicities, nationalities, spiritual practices, sexual preferences, and life stages. In session, we will utilize your personal values, beliefs, and practices to support your individual goals.
