Hello & Welcome!

I’m passionate about supporting individuals of the sandwich generation as they navigate life’s complexities and discover their path to purposeful living. Whether you're facing trauma, anxiety, depression, or simply feeling stuck; I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and care.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of working with a beautifully diverse range of clients, addressing challenges such as accident-related trauma, substance use, ADHD, career transitions, self-esteem, relationship & family dynamics, and more. I understand how overwhelming it can be to juggle multiple roles—parenting, relationships, work—and I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where healing and growth can flourish.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for your unique journey. I draw from Attachment-Based Therapy (ABT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care to offer a personalized experience that meets you where you are.

Together, let's build on your strengths and develop practical strategies to help you move forward with confidence, clarity, and joy.
